BBC Programme Complaints and Appeals

The BBC's Programme Complaints Unit investigates serious complaints about BBC licence-funded programmes in the UK. Complainants unhappy with its findings may appeal to the BBC Governors.

Quarterly PCU findings and outcomes of appeals to the BBC Governors are reported separately from April 2002. This follows changes to BBC governance (more here).
