I have a copy somewhere of the 1997 Socialist Labour Party manifesto, which I noticed in a selection of various party manifestos in WHSmiths in Wimbledon just before the general election.
I recall at the time I thought it seemed to put forward a much better programme than the rather less impressive 'New' Labour Party manifesto (with big picture of Tony Blair looking serious).
It appears they got just over 50,000 votes in that election.
